Job Title: Affiliate Manager 

Location: Remote/Flexible with willingness to travel for conferences and training

Role Overview:

As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing affiliates to drive traffic and revenue to our online casino. You will be the primary point of contact for our affiliates, offering them day-to-day support, ensuring their needs are met, and that they are effectively promoting our brand. This role demands a highly motivated individual with a knack for sales, an analytical mindset, and a friendly, resourceful attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new affiliates who align with our brand and revenue goals.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential affiliates, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze traffic and revenue data, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Provide ongoing support and training to affiliates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to successfully promote our platform.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, acting as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues they may encounter.
• Plan and execute affiliate marketing strategies to boost traffic and revenue.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events, demonstrating an excellent ability to network and build relationships.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Ukrainian, both verbally and in writing.
• Exceptional sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for conferences and industry events.
• Previous experience in affiliate management or online marketing is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the online casino industry is a plus.
